Customer Service

Refund and Exchange Policy

We guarantee all Antarctic Shop products and will willingly exchange or refund any goods which do not meet with your full satisfaction. Providing the goods are returned to us within 30 days of receipt we commit to:

  • Refunding to your credit card the original NZD purchase price (please note that due to exchange differences the amount charged to your card in your own currency may vary)

  • Exchanging the item (providing it is returned in it's original new condition) for another product of your choosing and refunding or charging the price difference to your credit card
Please note that postage incurred by you for exchanges or refunds, where you merely decide you do not want the item, is not reimbursed. For defective items returned for refund or exchange we will reimburse the postal costs of you returning the goods to us.

Our sizings, unless stated otherwise, are based on the UK sizing system.

Customer Service & Delivery Expectations

When we receive your online order we will confirm to you, by email, the availability of the goods purchased and the total cost of the order including the variable postage fee.

The postage charge depends on where the goods are to be sent, the amount of protective wrapping we use and the overall weight.

We commit to despatching your order in the quickest possible time and will email you if there are likely to be any delays.

We emphasise that transit times between New Zealand and other parts of the world can be extremely variable. We mail our parcels using New Zealand Post Ltd's airmail service. As a general rule of thumb we ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

If a customer emails us to say their parcel has not arrived our response is to wait this obligatory 4-week period assuming a postal delay has occurred in whichever country and to keep in contact with you. If the parcel stills remains unreceived we will initiate enquiries with NZ Post Ltd.
